Jake Tibstra is a rock star realtor. We walked into the office one day last June 2022 and Jake was on the desk. We had decided to move to a Florida and needed to sell 2 rentals and a log home. We listed 4th of July and closed on the 3rd property Feb 3rd, 2023. He also sold my sister's property next to ours that was on the market for 10 years. Kind considerate, dedicated, does what he says.
